Spicy Hoisin Pork, Asian Pear and Spinach Sandwiches

Spicy Food Ingredients

4 sesame rolls, split in half
1 1/2 pounds leftover, cooked Pork with Spicy Hoisin Sauce, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1/2 cup of leftover Spicy Hoisin Sauce (see recipe above)
1 Asian pear, cored and thinly sliced
4 ounces spinach preferably baby, stems removed

Spicy Food Preparation

Top bottom of each roll with a quarter of the pork, pear and spinach.

Drizzle each with quarter of leftover hoisin sauce, top with remaining bun halves and serve.

Makes 4 servings.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Spicy Food Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 large bell peppers—cut into 2″ pieces
1/4 cup butter—melted
1 dash Tabasco sauce

Spicy Food Preparation

Place unpeeled shrimp in 2 quart casserole. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.

Drizzle over shrimp and marinate for at least 4 hours.

Remove from marinade and skewer with chunks of pepper between shrimp.

Mix butter and Tabasco sauce and brush over shrimp.

Grill over hot coals until browned.

Asian Wasabi Plum Spicy Chicken Wings

Spicy Food Ingredients

4 lb - Chicken Wings (tips Removed and Jointed)
2 Tbl - vegetable oil
1 cup - World Art Foods - Asian Wasabi Plum Sauce
1 Tbl - Minced garlic
1.5 Tbl - Crushed red peppers
1 lb - Sesame seeds

Spicy Food Preparation

Mix oil, 3/4 cup World Art Foods - wasabi plum sauce, red pepper flakes, minced garlic and sesame seeds.

Place wings in sauce and thoroughly coat wings with sauce.

Arrange wings in baking dish thick skin side up and pour remaining sauce mixture on wings.

Roast wings in oven at 450 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Pull out wings and coat with remaining 1/4 cup of World Art Foods - Asian Wasabi plum sauce.

Put wings back on baking dish and broil wings for about 10 minutes or until wings are nicely glazed.

Serve wings with crisp carrots, celery and cold beer.
